1. Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ONE GALLERY LTD, hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant,” and users of the website onegallery.eu (“Clients”).The Merchant offers art consultancy services, art management, sale of artworks (excluding cultural monuments), festival and stage production, and e-commerce. All prices are listed in Bulgarian lev (BGN) or in the relevant currency, with or without VAT, as indicated for each product or service.By accessing the website and placing an order, the Client confirms having read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms.
2. Personal Data Protection Policy
ONE GALLERY LTD collects and processes personal data (name, email, delivery address, etc.) solely for the purpose of processing and delivering orders. Bank card data is not stored. All payments are processed securely via the DSK Bank payment gateway. Clients have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or delete their personal data, which they can request by contacting info@onegallery.eu.
3. Delivery Terms
Delivery is carried out via courier services. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or “general delivery” addresses. Domestic deliveries are completed within 7 business days; international deliveries – within 14 business days. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout. Upon receipt, the Client must inspect the package and, if needed, draw up a protocol with the courier.
4. Return and Refund Policy
The Client has the right to return a product within 14 days without providing a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition.Return shipping costs are at the Client's expense, except in cases of Merchant error. Refunds are processed to the same card or account used for the original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
5. Payment Methods and Security
Payments are made via a Virtual POS terminal provided by DSK Bank. All transactions are protected by MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure protocols.
ONE GALLERY LTD does not store card data. Refunds are issued to the same card/account used for the original transaction.
